Drinking & Driving

While we all know the dangers of drinking and driving, many of us have gotten behind the wheel after "just one or two".

According to Safety On Our Roads, on average it takes around one hour for the body to break down one unit of alcohol, meaning it could take as long as 12 hours for the alcohol from four pints of higher strength beer (or four large glasses of wine) to leave your system.

This video showing a very real South Africa perspective on drinking and driving proves just how easy it is to be responsible.
