- Mix and match colours.
- Spray vehicles to the company’s standard.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety regulations.
- Follow company procedures for paint mixing, application, and equipment usage.
- Assist with other workshop tasks as needed.
- Self-manage and oversee the paint and panel shop staff.
Requirements
- Qualified or experienced in spray painting.
- Proven track record of high-quality paint finishes.
- Knowledge of paint types, mixing techniques, and application methods.
- Experience with various spray equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
