We are a fast-paced panel shop seeking an experienced and reliable Administration, Costing and Invoicing person to join our team. As the Administration, Costing and Invoicing person, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration duties of the panel shop, the costing of repairs, and invoicing customers for services rendered.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the panel shop’s administration duties including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers for services rendered and ensure timely payment.
  • Work closely with the panelbeaters and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the panel shop.
  • Maintain accurate records of repair orders, invoices, and payments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration, costing and invoicing in a panel shop or similar environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficient in using computer software for administration, costing and invoicing.
