We are seeking a skilled Preparation and Masking Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in vehicle preparation, including masking, sanding, and priming, ensuring that vehicles are ready for painting with the highest level of precision.
Candidate Requirements
– Proven experience in vehicle preparation and masking.
– Strong knowledge of automotive painting processes.
– Ability to work with various tools and materials used in sanding, masking, and priming.
– Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
– Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
– Understanding of safety protocols in an automotive repair environment.
Responsibilities
– Prepare vehicles for painting by masking, sanding, and priming surfaces.
– Ensure all areas not being painted are properly covered and protected.
– Inspect work areas and vehicles to ensure preparation is thorough.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
– Collaborate with the paint team to ensure smooth workflow.
