2022 SAMBRA RSI Awards
On 23 March SAMBRA hosted its annual 2022 awards at a glittering awards ceremony at the Radisson Blu in Sandton. Just over 100 insurers, OEMs and automotive refinishing suppliers attended the event which was hosted by no other than ENCA’s Devi Govender. ABSA scooped top honours, and for the first time, won the prestigious Insurer of the Year award followed closely with a silver award to both Bryte Insurance and OUTsurance, in joint second place. This year we were delighted to introduce a new venue and format for the awards, as well as a new methodology on which the awards are structured. We completely revamped the criteria and questions for the 2022 survey encouraging a much broader response from our motor body repair sector and really honed-in on the top five suppliers they do the most business with. We believe this is a truer reflection of what is happening on the ground and were excited to see the results.
