South Africa’s Fuel Retailers Association have proposed scrapping the country’s controversial Road Accident Fund (RAF) in favour of a mandatory insurance scheme. Business Tech reported that the proposal was to introduce mandatory driving insurance in South Africa – and knock more than R2 off the petrol price.
