As we move through August, there is a real sense of momentum across SAMBRA and our industry.
This month we celebrate both Women’s Month and TVET Month, two important reminders that the future of collision repair depends on recognising talent, investing in skills and creating opportunities for everyone. Throughout this edition you’ll meet inspiring women who are challenging stereotypes, read about the partnerships helping to develop tomorrow’s artisans, and see why attracting and retaining skilled people remains one of our industry’s greatest priorities.
Behind the scenes, we continue working on the issues that matter most to members. Our new CRM system is on track for implementation, our End-of-Life Vehicle project is progressing well, and we have continued engaging with insurers, OEMs and other key stakeholders to build stronger relationships and address the challenges facing our sector.
It has also been encouraging to see SAMBRA members flying the flag at industry events around the country, while our consumer awareness campaigns continue to reinforce the value of choosing accredited repairers and maintaining the highest repair standards.
As always, thank you for your continued support and commitment to professionalism.
Together we are not only strengthening our businesses but helping to shape a more skilled, innovative and resilient collision repair industry for South Africa.
