- Prepare to open up on the 17th of April with a pipeline of work by ensuring you and key administrative staff are on-line at home and can receive and respond to request for digital assessments. Ensure you can contact and respond to your Insurer business partners and clients.
- The Small business development department’s assistance program is open to ALL small, medium and micro enterprises – the rumour that your business needs to be 51% black-owned is fake news. Go to sambra.biz to find the procedures to claim.
- Implement some form of pest control in your workshop/admin buildings to prevent rodents etc. moving in & creating havoc by chewing interior trim, wiring harness, computer networking cable etc. resulting in unnecessary risk & expenses
- Ensure that ALL insurance policies are paid up
- Ensure A/C, kettles, heaters, geysers, non-essential computers are switch off
- Ensure water supply is closed off
- Ensure Fire Hydrant supply is open
- Ensure your flammable store is secure and the required ventilation is operational
- Ensure fuel lines to oven burners are switched off
- Fuel tank breather units are operational
