Please be advised that Momentum will be mailing a new service level agreement [SLA] next week to all SAMBRA members for their consideration.
The process is quite a manual-intensive exercise so they expect the exercise to continue until the end of April 2023.
We have been advised that all discussions and negotiations will be done with the individual member and not at the association level, as per their governance requirements.
This means that you may not all receive the SLA on the same day or week. The SLA is made up of three parts, including the main agreement, operational requirements, and rates & fees. The SLA template will be the same for all recipients. You must not sign the emailed document.
Only once there is mutual agreement on the terms, an electronic version will be sent out for your signature via DocuSign. The person authorised to sign the SLA will receive a One-Time-Pin on their cell phone, allowing them to access and sign the document.
