Vacancy for Qualified Panel Beater.
Lux Bodyworks is seeking a qualified panel beater to join their team in Parow East, Cape Town. The ideal incumbent will have extensive experience in both structural and non-structural repairs.
Requirements:
- Recognised trade certificate as an automotive panel beater.
- 5 Years + of post qualifications experience in a panel shop.
- SAMBRA standard knowledge.
- Skills profiency in Mig welding, dent removal and structural repairs.
- Ability to work independently and accurately.
Key responsibilities :
- Repair and replace vehicle panels, body parts and fibre glass components.
- Remove and refit vehicle bumpers, doors and interior panels.
- Operate welding and straightening equipment to manufacturer standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper care of tools.
- Be available to work overtime and weekends when required.
