SAMBRA received numerous enquiries in this regard. We have since written to OMI to clarify the position regarding ‘third parties’. On 18 October 2023, OMI confirmed that they have sought a legal opinion on the matter and will respond to our request in due course.
SAMBRA will inform its members once OMI’s response is received.
