We are aware that there have been many, many communications that have been sent to you on numerous topics relating to your business and the MBR industry specifically and that you may be somewhat ‘shell shocked’ right now.
We wish to assure you that we are fully aware of the stress the current circumstances have placed you and your business in and that you may contact any one of the SAMBRA team members during this difficult and sometimes confusing time. The entire SAMBRA team is at your disposal to answer questions and where we are unable to answer immediately we will do the necessary research and provide you with an answer as soon as possible.
We are also aware that many of you are struggling to receive prompt responses from government departments tasked with assisting you in the application processes – we are working with the RMI to ensure these departments are made aware of the delays and naturally remaining in contact with the relevant people to ensure these delays are resolved.
