About the Role
Panel Lab Auto Body Spray, a SAMBRA-accredited motor body repair workshop in Kew, Johannesburg is seeking a Daily Planning Manager to support workflow coordination and ensure efficient vehicle movement through the workshop.
This role focuses on planning, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate scheduling across multiple systems. It is not a foreman position and is best suited to a candidate with strong organisational skills and workshop experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Update daily planning schedules twice daily across:
• Physical planning board
• TMS system
• Excel reporting
• Ensure vehicles are allocated to the correct repair bays
• Monitor job progress across workshop bays
• Coordinate with workshop staff to maintain workflow efficiency
• Support accurate production planning and reporting
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ workshop experience
• Computer literate, with confidence using Excel and workshop systems
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced repair environment
• Clear communication with workshop teams
