Key Responsibilities
• Mix and match paint accurately according to manufacturer specifications
• Apply paint finishes using spray equipment in a spray booth environment
• Ensure high-quality finishes free of defects
• Perform quality checks before vehicles are released
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
