SAMBRA-accredited member, SA Auto Detailer, based in Vanderbijlpark is seeking an experienced and results-driven Workshop General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its panelbeating and auto body repair facility.
This position is ideal for an individual with strong operational management skills, a solid understanding of the motor body repair industry and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an auto body repair or panel shop environment
- Proven ability to meet revenue targets
- Proven ability to achieve quality control targets
- Knowledge of vehicle repair quotations and autobody administration
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
