RMI’s efforts during May have continued to drive awareness and traffic to our member businesses.

Results for the BusinessTech article, “SA’s Automotive Aftermarket – future fit or left behind”

  • More than 2.2 million digital views, with above-average engagement on our Business Tech platform.
  • Strong growth across social platforms, reaching both decision-makers and younger motorists
  • LinkedIn –  successfully reached a professional audience aligned with the campaign objectives. While reach is naturally lower than consumer-focused platforms, LinkedIn is delivering high-quality exposure among industry professionals and decision-makers, supporting the campaign’s credibility and B2B awareness objectives.
  • Facebook & Instagram – Meta continues to be the strongest platform for audience engagement and community growth, supporting both campaign visibility and long-term audience development
  • TikTok delivered the largest paid reach of any platform during May, generating over 226,000 impressions and more than 3,000 clicks at a highly efficient cost. The platform continues to be a strong driver of awareness and website traffic.

May demonstrated continued campaign momentum despite reduced support from launch period media activity:

  • Campaign-attributed website traffic increased from 502 sessions in April to 1,543 sessions in May
  • Website traffic increased to 13,471 sessions
  • Campaign traffic represented approximately 11.5% of all website sessions

Key Insight

Social media continues to drive meaningful traffic into the campaign ecosystem, while campaign-attributed website sessions demonstrate broader engagement across all tracked campaign channels.

The campaign is successfully transitioning from launch activity to sustained awareness, with social media continuing to drive visibility, engagement and meaningful traffic to the RMI website.
