The Unemployment Insurance Fund’s (UIF’s) Covid-19 Temporary Employee Relief Scheme (Ters) has strengthened the security of its payment system following a speight of fraudulent activity.
An updated, more tightly controlled system has been set-up to protect the scheme from scammers. The new system is creating delays in payments.
